ThisCHMT560P4 is an updated desktop pick and place machine which work with Yamaha feeders.
Ithas 4 heads with 60pcs feeder slots, front side 30pcs plus back side 30pcs, forsmall smt production is your good helper!
Theoperation system is industry level embedded Linux system, the main board ofmachine was researched by ourselves, which is more reliable than windowssystem, and life time is much longer.
CHMT560P4 using 502---507 different kinds of Juki nozzles, suitable for0402,0603,0805-5050, LED, SOT, SOP, QFN, BGA, Diode, Transistor...etc, which canmeet more customers' demand. Very good for small batch production or prototypingor education.
Ithas double vision cameras, which can auto calibrate the PCB before running,auto correction pick position and angle.

The package of our P&Ps is standard export wooden package to avoid the damage during the transportation.
Transportation service:
1. Shipping by TNT/ DHL/ FeDex express door to door.
For package below 200kg , you can use TNT, DHL, Fedex or other express company, it is door to door service, it normaly takes 5-8 days delivery. Please note import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.
2. Shipping by air / sea.
For large quantities, above 500kg, you could use air or sea delivery.
FCA: We will ship the goods to warehouse in China asked by buyer, the air company will help arrange international flight to ship goods your place. The air shipping fee is buyer's responsiblity.
CIF: It means send goods to buyers' nearest seaport by sea shipping, about 18~40 days shipping time, it hasn't tracking informations, buyer must do customs clearance locally and pay custom tax, you could use an agent to do every local things and deliver the goods to your place.
